一、Introduction
BL-QT-AO-07 is a partial pressure electrochemical oxygen sensor, often used to measure oxygen concentration. Its working principle usually consists of two electrodes and an electrolyte. One electrode is the working electrode and the other is the comparison electrode. The electrolyte between the two allows ionic conduction. When oxygen comes into contact with the working electrode, an oxygen reduction reaction occurs on the electrode surface, producing an electric current. The magnitude of this current is proportional to the oxygen concentration, and the role of the contrast electrode is to provide a stable linear output potential from 0% to 100% to ensure measurement accuracy.
In addition to being reliable and stable, BL-QT-AO-07 is also equipped with a temperature compensation function to eliminate the impact of temperature changes. It also has anti-interference capabilities, which greatly extends the working life and reduces maintenance costs.
The use of the BL-QT-AO-07 oxygen gas sensor is limited to system monitoring.
