BL-1250 Photoelectric Ball Tilt Switch is a technology that uses a combination of photoelectric sensor and tilt detector. It contains a ball and a sensitive photoelectric sensor. When the object tilts or changes in inclination, the position of the ball changes accordingly, causing the photoelectric sensor to detect changes in light.

Commonly used in applications that require detection of tilt or inclination conditions. For example, it can be used to monitor the tilt of a machine or equipment for automatic control or safety monitoring. This type of sensor is also commonly used in some game equipment, electronic toys or inclination measuring instruments.

The working process of Photoelectric Switch is as follows:

When the light beam is not blocked by objects, the light intensity received by the photoelectric sensor is relatively high and is in a high-level state.
When an object blocks the light beam, the light intensity received by the photoelectric sensor decreases, causing the output signal to become low level.
When the light beam is unblocked again, the photoelectric sensor detects that the light intensity is restored, and the output signal returns to high level.

At this point, the ball will be at the other end when the object is detected, and will return to its original position when the object is removed. Therefore, the state change of the photoelectric sensor and the position change of the ball jointly determine the state of the switch.
