SC1132 Hall switch element Speed meter all poles Hall Effect Switch
When a piece of metal or semiconductor sheet with current is placed vertically in a magnetic field, a potential difference will be generated at both ends of the sheet. This phenomenon is called the Hall effect. The potential difference between the two ends is called the Hall potential U, and its expression is U=Kk·I·B/d. Where K is the Hall coefficient, I is the current passing through the sheet, B is the magnetic induction intensity of the applied magnetic field (Lorrentz force), and d is the thickness of the sheet.
It can be seen that the sensitivity of the Hall effect is proportional to the magnetic induction intensity of the applied magnetic field. The Hall effect switch belongs to this kind of active magnetoelectric conversion device. Hall effect switch is manufactured on the basis of the principle of Hall effect by using integrated packaging and assembly technology. It can easily convert the magnetic input signal into electrical It also has the requirements of easy operation and reliability for practical industrial applications.

01.The SC1132 Hall-Effect switch series is monolithic integrated circuits with tighter magnetic
specifications, designed to operate continuously over extended temperatures to +150℃,
and are more stable with both temperature and supply voltage changes. The negative
compensation slope is optimized to match the negative temperature coefficient of low
cost magnets.
02.Each device includes a voltage regulator for operation with supply voltages of 3.8 to 40V volts,
quadratic Hall-voltage generator, temperature compensation circuitry, small-signal amplifier,
Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output to sink up to 40mA.
